What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, order notes and the artwork you upload. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the site.

Facebook & Instagram advertising (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure how visitors reach and use our site and to understand the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads. The pixel records page views and shares this information with Meta for measurement and ad optimisation purposes.

If you are visiting from the UK, EU, EEA or Switzerland, the Meta Pixel only loads after you accept it in our cookie banner. If you reject, or are visiting from a region where consent is required, no data is sent to Meta from your visit. Visitors from other regions are measured without a banner, subject to any applicable opt-outs.
